About Us

CURE for IBD (Tax ID #47-1144322) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded on the belief that if more funds are allocated to research, new treatments and cures will be found sooner.
 

Our Mission

To raise funds for research toward new therapies and cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, with a special focus on pediatric IBD.

To raise global awareness of inflammatory bowel disease by empowering both adults and children to join our outreach, support, and fundraising efforts.

 

CURE for IBD is a community of people who want to help advance IBD research and find cures as quickly as possible.

 

We are dedicated to helping find new treatments and cures for our family, friends, and others living with inflammatory bowel disease. We also want to empower people to be able to 'give back' or 'pay it forward.' CURE for IBD was founded to give ourselves, and others, a platform for fighting back against these diseases. Subject to approval, our fundraisers can even help suggest the IBD research center that they would like to support with their fundraising efforts. We want to make it easy for people to fundraise, and we encourage participation by adults and children alike.

We will regularly report on where fundraising dollars go and we will be completely transparent with our operations. 

We are 100% volunteer-run, and we only fund organizations for the sole purpose of conducting IBD research.
